US real estate prices in November 2012 increase by 0.6% against October

Referring to the Federal Housing Finance Agency, the Xinhua agency reports that the prices of the US real estate are increasing. The increase in prices in November 2012 compared with the same period a year before reached 5.6%, which proved that the real estate market was gradually recovering. The real estate prices are still 15.2% lower than in April 2007. Prices registered in November 2012 were almost equal to the figures of August 2004. The report states that 7 districts out of 9 surveyed ones reported an increase in housing prices, while the remaining two saw their decrease.
