Broward’s real estate market continues to heal, according to the latest numbers from the county’s Realtors group.
The median price for a single-family home sold in Broward rose 8 percent from a year ago to $180,009, the Miami Association of Realtors announced Monday. Condos also saw a price increase, up 7 percent to $75,100. Sales of single-family homes increased 2 percent to 1,195, while condo sales were down 15 percent to 1,837.
Miami-Dade numbers released last week showed rising prices and declining sales. The Miami group tracks numbers for Broward and Miami-Dade.
