North Franklin, Conn. — The Eastern Connecticut Association of REALTORS will host the 30 and 60 hour real estate pre-licensing course, “Principles & Practices” on Saturdays from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. at The Eastern Connecticut Association of REALTORS North Franklin office, 106 Route 32, North Franklin.
Courses are taught on revolving schedules and allow for participants to join at any time. Both the 30 and 60 hour sessions consist of 12 classes and will include such topics as real estate law, brokerage, Connecticut real estate license law and regulations and equal opportunity in housing.
Cost is $280 per person for the 30 hour course and $490 per person for the 60 hour course.
